At Ars Arma, we stand by the quality of our tactical and fashion apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ars Arma account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels are attached, and include a printed copy of your RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
